TLS supports Pfizer project
TLS was hired to lead a 11 month complex SCM project at Pfizer Puurs. Aim was to prepare Pfizer for distribution of product in line with the European directives effective February 9th 2019.
The project involved + 30 key people of +10 departments in several locations in various countries. In order to make the project successful, the supply chain was changed, new equipment was introduced, a new storage facility built, product packaging re-designed and systems adjusted.
